Creating an enterprise ready text to video agent from 0 to 1.
A text to video agent built from 0 to 1, covering concept development, system prompt design, and early product development. Customer interviews shaped the product around real workflows and brand requirements. The system introduced brand design systems so the agent could generate videos that stay fully on brand, while customers' existing media libraries were analyzed and rated to intelligently reuse owned content for higher quality outputs.

Built AI video agent from 0 to first 300 enterprise customers
For the first customers we built their brand motion design system directly in code. That was slow, costly, and created too much friction during onboarding. To make the product commercially viable, we had to reduce that setup burden without sacrificing quality.

Reduced onboarding cost by 90%
I led the initiative to create our own motion template editor. That enabled our motion designer to ship new onboarding setups without developer help, which dramatically accelerated time to value and made the product much easier to scale.
